Protect Your Heat Press
With A Teflon Sheet
Teflon is a non-stick coating applied to the underside of the hot plate on most heat presses. it is used extensively on non-stick frying pans.
Teflon sheets are woven fabrics, which have had Teflon impregnated onto both sides.
Teflon is extremely durable, hard wearing and almost indestructible and will last a long time.
Your heat press is a valuable asset, the top plate and rubber on the base plate should be protected with a Teflon sheet to extend the life of both these parts.

When to Use:
- On Multiple over printing of vinyl designs
- To protect previously printed designs
- To be used in conjunction with - Compufilm and Transfer Papers
Teflon sheets have many other functions and should always be used when printing:
- Dark Transfers
- Award Lettering etc.
- Compufilm Printable Vinyl
If you require a gloss type finish on Phototrans, Techniprint or OS Flex transferred images, print as normal then place a Teflon sheet over the image and re press for 5-10 seconds... then cold peel.
Teflon sheets are available Ex-Stock - Size: 50 x 45 cm
Caution: If you are already using a Teflon sheet, and it looks dull and becomes difficult to clean, it needs replacing
